I hope all the mothers out there enjoyed their special day! I certainly did! Breakfast in bed, a sobbing-induced card from Davis, a gift certificate to a spa...what's better!?! OH! And we went to the Indian Festival/Mother's Day Pow-Wow in Canton...just to see what it was all about. Pretty neat, but not really our thing. We walked away with some handmade soaps, a toy bird whistle thing, and a half-breed indian song stuck in our head.
On a much more negative note, we were on complete house arrest this weekend (besides the Pow -Wow) with a very sick little boy. He's coughing nonstop, has a running faucet for a nose, and can barely breath. He still can't stand the breathing treatments, but they're the only thing that works...safely.
Justin managed to sneak out on Saturday and get our vegetable plants! I can't wait for some fresh tomatoes!!!
