- Trim fat (not all) from bone-in pork shoulder roast and place in slow cooker (about 10 hours before you plan to eat)

- 2 inch pieces of potato, onion, and carrot
- (1) 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- (1) 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups of water
- Cook on Low heat for about 10 hours, turning roast every couple hours
- Put in your belly and enjoy
